The Wisdom To Survive, Oxford UK

FREE public film screening of the climate change documentary The Wisdom To Survive: Climate Change, Capitalism and Community in Oxford, Friday 9th January, 2015. All welcome – no need to book, just turn up!

The Wisdom To Survive is a powerful and beautiful new film. It brings together leading thinkers and activists in the fields of science, economics and spirituality to ask:

How can we respond wisely to the challenge of climate change?
How can communities become more sustainable and resilient?
What inspiration can we find as we respond to these challenges?
After the film screening, there will be an opportunity to explore how we can stay nourished, energised, empowered and inspired in the transition to a sustainable, life-affirming society.

Information about local groups seeking to engage in wise action in response to climate change will be available.

Timing: Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30 start; finishing around 10pm
