FCC Simsbury presents The Wisdom to Survive

Friday, October 23, 6pm
FCC Simsbury, Connecticut
Post-screening discussion led by Mark Scully

The Board of Mission and Outreach will be sponsoring another in our series of social justice films on October 23 at 6:00 PM. We will enjoy a light supper followed by the hour-long film.

The Wisdom to Survive examines the challenges that climate change poses and discusses meaningful action that can be taken by individuals and communities. It explores how unlimited growth and greed are destroying the life support system of the planet, the social fabric of society, and the lives of billions of people.

The film will be followed by a discussion led by our own environmentalist, Mark Scully, in which we explore ways we can address climate change in a positive way.
