Erie Friends (Quaker) Worship group presents The Wisdom to Survive

Thursday, April 16, 6:00pm, Erie Movie House, Pennsylvania

FREE screening. Open to the public. Donations appreciated.
(A free-will offering may be made at the event.)

A brief discussion of the film and reception with refreshments will follow the showing.

The Wisdom to Survive examines causes and effects of climate change and possible conscious responses to it. The screening is sponsored by the Erie Friends (Quaker) Worship group, a community that meets twice a month for worship in the manner of Friends.

The film has been described as "achingly poignant...extraordinarily moving" by Shyla Nelson of One Earth-One Voice.

The Rev. Sharon Delgado, Co-founder and Executive Director of Earth Justice Ministries says: "Do we have the wisdom to survive? The answer is related to community. We are connected by our shared grief at what is happening to the earth and by our shared hope and commitment to the future."
